Authenticated arbitrary filesystem file read
Published Aug 14, 2024 · Updated Aug 14, 2024
Path traversal in Adobe Commerce 2.4.7-p1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary filesystem files. Adobe has not disclosed the affected code locus or exact path-validation error; crafted traversal input reaches files and directories outside the intended restricted directory. Low-privileged authenticated access is sufficient, no user interaction is required, and the consequence is bounded to reading server-side files.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
