Kernel crash via NULL file pointer dereference

NULL pointer dereference in Linux io_uring allows local users to crash the kernel with a forced asynchronous request using a bad file descriptor. io_file_can_poll() lets forced-async preparation continue without an assigned file, so io_buffer_select dereferences a NULL file pointer instead of returning EBADF. A low-privileged local user must submit the malformed io_uring request; the documented consequence is a kernel oops and service interruption.
