Server-side request forgery via protocol-relative URLs

SSRF in Axios 1.3.2 through 1.7.3 allows remote attackers to make server-side requests to unintended hosts via crafted URLs. The Node.js HTTP adapter treats a double-slash-prefixed value as absolute, then resolves it against a localhost base and sends the request outside the configured baseURL. Exploitation requires a server application to pass attacker-controlled path input to Axios; the resulting request can reach internal services or disclose returned data.
