IP allow-list bypass via unvalidated QUIC source address

Authorization bypass in Traefik Proxy allows remote attackers to evade IP allow-lists through HTTP/3 QUIC 0-RTT requests. Its HTTP/3 server passes 0-RTT early-data requests to the IPAllowList middleware before QUIC validates the datagram source address, so the middleware trusts an attacker-spoofed client IP. Exploitation requires HTTP/3 with 0-RTT enabled and a session ticket obtained through a prior real-IP connection; the blind, single-datagram request reaches a protected backend, but its response goes to the spoofed address.
