Memory disclosure or crash via dangling cookie attributes

Use-after-free in affected Envoy releases through 1.30.3 allows remote attackers to disclose process memory upstream or crash the proxy. CookieHashMethod retains references to route cookie attribute strings after configuration parsing frees their backing storage, then copies the dangling values into a generated cookie during request processing. Exposure requires a cookie-based route hash policy with attributes and an untrusted request that triggers cookie generation; the bounded result is upstream memory disclosure or abnormal proxy termination.
