Kernel crash via racy bonding teardown

Race condition in Linux kernel 6.6 bonding teardown allows local users with administrative privileges to crash the kernel. The bonding exit path removes the shared debugfs tree before netlink unregisters bond devices, so bond_debug_unregister passes a stale or null root to debugfs removal and triggers an oops. Reaching the flaw requires privileged module removal, a concurrent privileged bond deletion, or a module-initialization error; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash.
