Host denial of service via unbounded kernel allocation

Denial of service in FreeBSD 13.3, 13.4, and 14.1 allows guest OS users to exhaust host kernel memory via a crafted SCSI command. ctl_persistent_reserve_out converts the caller-controlled 32-bit parameter length directly into a blocking kernel malloc request without an upper bound. Only hosts using virtio_scsi or ctld expose the path, and memory exhaustion can interrupt the host and its workloads.
