Form submission bypass via plus-address variants

Email-restriction bypass in BdThemes Element Pack 5.6.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to submit forms using protected admin addresses. The Contact Form module compares submitted addresses against administrator emails without normalizing plus-address tags, so an added +value evades the restriction. No authentication is required; the demonstrated consequence is unauthorized form submission rather than account access or code execution.
