Privilege escalation via unrestricted driver IOCTLs

Insufficient IOCTL access control in THUNDEROBOT Control Center 2.0.0.10 allows local users to gain high privileges via crafted requests. ControlCenter.sys and ControlCenter64.sys dispatch sensitive IOCTLs without restricting caller privileges, exposing arbitrary physical-memory mapping, MSR and I/O-port access, and a CPU halt operation. A low-privileged local account can use DeviceIoControl to read or modify privileged hardware state, execute highly privileged code, or halt the processor.
