Authenticated OS command execution via scode interpolation

Command injection in 4IceG luci-app-sms-tool 1.9.0 through 1.9.6 allows remote authenticated users to execute OS commands via scode. The run_sms handler in luasrc/controller/modem/sms.lua passes the unvalidated scode request value into a shell command, allowing quote and semicolon characters to escape the intended argument. A valid LuCI session is required, and the demonstrated consequence is writing a command-generated file under /www.
