Authenticated file read via path traversal

Path traversal in Maipu MyPower VC8100 V100R001C00B030 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary server files. The packet-capture download action in /app/tcpdump/tcpdump.php accepts traversal sequences in file_name without restricting the resolved pathname. A valid PHP session is required, and exploitation discloses files readable by the web service, as demonstrated with /etc/passwd.
