Pre-authentication code execution via EPS file write
Published Jul 4, 2024 · Updated Sep 2, 2025
Code injection in Asial JpGraph Professional through 4.2.6-pro allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code without authentication. QR/demoapp/qr_image.php writes the unfiltered data parameter into an attacker-named EPS output file and permits a .php extension. The QR demo must be web-accessible and writable by PHP; successful exploitation runs commands with the web server process's privileges.
