CVE-2024-39158Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Administrative settings modification via forged cross-origin POST

Published Jun 27, 2024 · Updated Aug 12, 2024

Cross-site request forgery in Fuzhou Wangtai idcCMS 1.35 allows remote attackers to alter settings through an administrator's browser. The /admin/userSys_deal.php?mudi=infoSet handler processes an auto-submitted cross-origin POST under the victim's session instead of requiring proof that the administrator initiated the change. Exploitation requires a signed-in administrator to load attacker-controlled HTML; successful requests overwrite the submitted member-system configuration fields.
