IP record deletion via forged administrator request

Cross-site request forgery in idcCMS 1.35 allows remote attackers to delete IP records through an administrator's active session. The /admin/ipRecord_deal.php endpoint accepts a POST selecting mudi=del and dataID without verifying that the administrator intended the request. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to submit attacker-controlled content, and the demonstrated consequence is deletion of the selected IP record.
