IP record insertion via cross-site form submission

Cross-site request forgery in Fuzhou Wangtai idcCMS 1.35 allows attackers to add IP records through an authenticated administrator. The /admin/ipRecord_deal.php?mudi=add handler accepts a cross-site form POST containing attacker-chosen ip, note, and webType values without a request-specific anti-CSRF value. Exploitation requires an authenticated user with access to the administrative function to submit the crafted form, resulting in an unauthorized IP-record entry.
