Service crash via NULL command-line argument dereference

NULL pointer dereference in wangf1978 DumpTS 0.1.0 allows attackers to crash the utility through crafted command-line arguments. VerifyCommandLine in src/DumpTS.cpp dereferences a null pointer while validating attacker-controlled arguments, terminating the process. Execution requires a user to launch DumpTS with the crafted arguments; the documented consequence is a process crash without data disclosure or modification.
