Cross-site scripting via unescaped Referer error

Cross-site scripting in Roundup before 2.4.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script via a crafted HTTP Referer header. The CGI client's CSRF Referer validation inserts an invalid header value into an authorization error, and the error-message path rendered that value without HTML escaping. Exploitation requires a low-privileged session and a separate user to view the resulting error page, allowing script execution in that user's browser context.
