Cross-site request forgery in Wangtai idcCMS 1.35 allows remote attackers to create news content through an administrator's browser. The admin/info_deal.php handler processes a cross-origin POST containing mudi=add and article fields without a request-specific authenticity check. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to load attacker-controlled HTML, and the demonstrated consequence is unauthorized article creation.
