Administrative settings modification via tokenless request

CSRF in Wangtai IDC Cloud Management System 1.35 allows remote attackers to alter site settings through an administrator's browser. The infoSys_deal.php handler accepts a deal-mode POST containing article-configuration values without a request-bound anti-CSRF token. Exploitation requires a signed-in administrator to visit attacker-controlled content, causing the browser to overwrite CMS article settings.
