Administrative data deletion via tokenless cross-site POST

CSRF in idcCMS 1.35 allows remote attackers to delete VPS API data through an administrator's authenticated browser. The /admin/vpsApiData_deal.php deletion branch accepts a cross-site POST with attacker-chosen dataID and no request-bound anti-CSRF token. Exploitation requires an administrator with an active session to submit attacker-controlled content, and the demonstrated consequence is deletion of the selected VPS API record.
