Remote process crash via stale scan filter

Use-after-free in Nav2 AMCL on ROS 2 Humble allows remote attackers to crash localization by changing a dynamic parameter. The dynamic-parameter callback reinitializes message filters after freeing the laser-scan subscriber, while the old filter still dereferences that subscriber. Access to the ROS 2 DDS graph is sufficient; the resulting heap error stops nav2_amcl and interrupts localization.
