Service interruption via stale scan-filter pointer

Use-after-free in Nav2 Humble on ROS 2 allows remote attackers to stop localization via a dynamic parameter request. During parameter reinitialization, dynamicParametersCallback resets laser_scan_sub_ without first stopping laser_scan_filter_, which then dereferences the freed subscriber. A reachable ROS 2 parameter service and a running AMCL node are required; triggering the flaw stops nav2_amcl.
