CVE-2024-38903Public exploit

Command execution via unfiltered UDP datagrams

Published Jun 24, 2024 · Updated Aug 2, 2024

Command injection in H3C Magic R230 firmware V100R002 allows physically proximate attackers with low privileges to execute commands. The udpserver service listens on UDP port 9034 and passes unfiltered datagram content to command execution, including shell metacharacters. Physical access and low privileges are required, and successful exploitation permits arbitrary command execution with confidentiality, integrity, and availability effects.
