Account impersonation via replayed UID authentication request

Authentication bypass in Horizon Cloud Caterease 16.0.1.1663 through 24.0.1.2405 allows local users to impersonate accounts. Authentication requests trust a client-supplied UID without binding it to a validated session, so a captured request can be replayed with another UID. Exploitation requires local access sufficient to capture the client request and a known or guessable target UID, granting access to that account's data and permitted actions.
