Arbitrary file download via diagnostic export traversal
Published Aug 2, 2024 · Updated Nov 3, 2025
Path traversal in Siemens Omnivise T3000 R8.2 SP3, R8.2 SP4, and R9.2 allows remote authenticated users to download arbitrary files. The diagnostics export API accepts traversal input and retrieves files outside the intended diagnostics export location. Administrative access to the network API is required, and the demonstrated consequence is disclosure of filesystem contents.
