Cleartext credential storage in Siemens Omnivise T3000 R8.2 SP3, R8.2 SP4, and R9.2 allows local users to retrieve initial credentials. The affected components retain initial system credentials without sufficient protection, making the stored secrets recoverable. Remote shell access or physical access is required, and recovered computer or service-account credentials enable lateral movement within the control-system network.
