Database query execution via Reports-tab SQL injection
Published Jul 26, 2024 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
SQL injection in the Reports tab of ManageEngine Exchange Reporter Plus 5717 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read database entries. The Reports tab accepts a vulnerable request that executes attacker-supplied custom queries; ManageEngine has not identified the request parameter or published the faulty query construction. A valid product account is required; successful exploitation exposes database table entries, while the vendor has not detailed the scope of writable data.
