Traffic disclosure via weak TLS cipher support

Inadequate encryption in Siemens SIPROTEC 5 devices allows man-in-the-middle attackers to read TLS-protected traffic. The devices offer weak cipher suites on TCP ports 443 for web access, 4443 for DIGSI 5, and a configurable syslog-over-TLS port. An attacker must be positioned between a legitimate client and the device; the published impact is traffic decryption, not modification or service interruption.
