Local private-key disclosure via permissive directory ACLs

Incorrect permissions in the Checkmk Windows Agent allow local users to read sensitive data in affected 2.1.0, 2.2.0, and 2.3.0 releases. Windows ACLs grant the built-in Users group read access to C:\ProgramData\checkmk\agent and its contents, including the private key used for TLS authentication. Any unprivileged local Windows account can read those credentials; the advisory reports disclosure, not modification or service interruption.
