File disclosure via encoded path traversal

Spring Framework path traversal allows remote attackers to read process-accessible files through crafted functional resource requests. PathResourceLookupFunction decodes an encoded request path without consistently revalidating traversal sequences before resolving it relative to a FileSystemResource. Exposure requires RouterFunctions-based static-resource serving with a FileSystemResource and neither the Spring Security HTTP Firewall nor Tomcat or Jetty.
