Firmware denial of service via iSCSI length underflow

Integer overflow in TianoCore EDK II edk2-stable202502 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to interrupt firmware via iSCSI. IScsiBuildKeyValueList advances beyond a login response data segment ending in '=' and decrements the unsigned Len value below zero, so the next parsing pass scans out of bounds and overwrites encountered '=' bytes with nulls. The attacker must control an iSCSI target reachable by the firmware initiator; the resulting memory corruption is expected to interrupt service, while code execution is not considered practical.
