Local file inclusion via unchecked template validation
Published Jul 12, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Path traversal in Dev4Press GD Rating System 3.6 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to include local PHP files. Rating-block render functions accepted a template name and passed the resulting path to PHP inclusion without validating it as an allowed template. A low-privileged WordPress account and a reachable rating-block rendering path are required; successful exploitation exposes confidential local content.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
