Stored script execution via undisclosed rendering flaw
Published Jul 20, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in the Clearer.io REVIEWS.io WordPress plugin 1.2.7 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run browser scripts. Public records do not identify the affected input, rendering path, or missing neutralization operation that stores and later emits attacker-controlled content. Low-privileged access and separate user interaction are required; exploitation executes script in the affected user's browser context.
