System crash via overflowing relative AP masks

Integer overflow in the s390 AP bus code in affected Linux kernels allows attackers to crash the system through a crafted sysfs mask. The ap_parse_bitmap_str path stores relative-mask numeric values in signed int variables, so values above INT_MAX overflow despite existing range checks. The operation requires local write access to /sys/bus/ap/apmask or aqmask on an s390 system with the AP bus, and a fatal oops can panic the host.
