Memory disclosure and crash via shifted PDI index

An out-of-bounds access in the Linux SoundWire Cadence driver allows local users to read kernel memory or crash the system. cadence_master.c adds an unnecessary offset intended to skip reserved PDI0 and PDI1 entries, then uses the shifted PDI index beyond the array boundary. Reachability requires a platform using enough PDIs, and the upstream kernel notice reports no known platform where the access occurs.
