Kernel memory disclosure via PAC1934 average reads

Out-of-bounds reads in Linux kernel 6.9 through 6.9.3 allow local users to read adjacent kernel memory via PAC1934 sysfs attributes. pac1934_read_raw subtracts one from a synthetic average channel number but uses the still-offset value to index four-entry vbus_avg or vsense_avg arrays. Reachability requires PAC1934 hardware, the loaded driver, and access to the corresponding IIO sysfs attribute; the bounded result is adjacent-value disclosure and unreliable measurement output.
