Local service interruption via premature interrupt enablement

Race condition in the m68k Linux kernel allows local users to interrupt service during creation of a new kernel thread. The resume path restores a new thread's status register with IPL zero, enabling interrupts before finish_task_switch releases the run-queue lock. Reachability requires an m68k system, local low-privileged access, new kernel-thread scheduling, and a timer interrupt inside the narrow interval.
