Resource exhaustion via discarded device cleanup callback

Resource leak in the Linux et8ek8 camera driver allows local users to exhaust resources by unbinding a built-in device. The et8ek8_remove callback is marked __exit, so builds with CONFIG_VIDEO_ET8EK8=y discard it and skip cleanup when the device is detached. Exploitation requires local ability to unbind the camera device; repeated removals can deplete kernel resources and interrupt service.
