Kernel memory disclosure via unvalidated firmware slice counts

Out-of-bounds read in Linux 6.8 through 6.9.2 allows local users to read kernel memory through QAT telemetry debugfs. tl_print_dev_data() trusts firmware-provided slice_cnt elements when selecting telemetry statistics, allowing indexes beyond valid buffers. Access requires a QAT device and locally readable debugfs telemetry; the Linux CVE record reports no firmware that returns invalid counts.
