Service interruption via late peer devlink update

Denial of service in the Linux mlx5 driver in version 6.9 allows local users to trigger a kernel warning through an SF representor event. The SF device probe registers devlink before setting its peer relationship, so the later update reaches devlink_rel_nested_in_add in an invalid order and emits a call trace. Reachability requires an mlx5 configuration using SF representors; public records establish an availability impact but do not document a complete kernel crash.
