Kernel warning via reinitialized EST mutex

A locking flaw in the Linux stmmac EST code allows local users to trigger a kernel warning through privileged traffic-control changes. The tc_setup_taprio function clears the entire EST structure with memset, erasing its embedded initialized mutex before trying to lock it again. Reaching the path requires local privilege to reconfigure TAPRIO scheduling on an stmmac interface with EST support; the documented consequence is the invalid-lock warning.
