System hang via interrupt-context SRQ table deadlock

Improper locking in affected Linux kernel branches starting at 5.0 allows local users to hang systems through an HNS RDMA SRQ event. The HNS RoCE shared receive queue table uses ordinary xa_store() and xa_erase() operations whose lock can deadlock when the asynchronous event queue runs in interrupt context. Reachability requires the HNS RoCE RDMA path and low-privileged local access; the bounded consequence is a kernel deadlock and service hang.
