Kernel panic via unratelimited CQE error logging

Denial of service in the Linux kernel RDMA/hns driver allows remote attackers to panic the kernel via repeated error CQEs. The get_cqe_status path emits an unratelimited error and hex-dumps each non-flush CQE while holding the completion-queue spinlock, saturating logs and delaying interrupt handling. Reachability requires an HNS RoCE adapter and access to the same RDMA fabric; successful flooding locks up or panics the host and exposes only bounded CQE metadata in logs.
