Local code execution via uncleared fence fallback timer

Use-after-free in the AMDGPU MES subsystem in affected Linux kernels allows local users to crash the system or execute arbitrary code. amdgpu_mes_remove_ring freed a ring without synchronously deleting its fence fallback timer, allowing the timer to access freed fence state. Successful exploitation requires local access, an AMD GPU using MES, and the queue-removal race; the bounded outcomes are a system crash or kernel-context code execution.
