System crash via unchecked CPU policy pointer

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel allows remote attackers to crash systems through CPPC CPU-frequency rate queries. cppc_cpufreq_get_rate() and hisi_cppc_cpufreq_get_rate() dereference the policy returned by cpufreq_cpu_get() without first checking for NULL. Reachability requires an active CPPC CPU-frequency path and a CPU lookup with no policy; public records do not identify the remote request path.
