Kernel memory corruption via oversized perf event group

Out-of-bounds write in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to corrupt kernel memory through a crafted perf event group. The HiSilicon PCIe PMU event initialization loop writes each grouped event into event_group without checking HISI_PCIE_MAX_COUNTERS. Reachability requires a system exposing the HiSilicon Hip09 PCIe PMU and local permission to create an oversized perf event group; corruption can crash the kernel or alter kernel data.
