Kernel warning via out-of-bounds scan-request address calculation

Out-of-bounds address calculation in Linux kernel 6.6 through 6.9.2 allows local users to trigger a runtime bounds-check warning. The nl80211 scan-request allocator uses request->channels before setting request->n_channels and derives trailing-object addresses from a one-past-the-end channels index. Reaching the flaw requires local access capable of issuing nl80211 scan requests; the Linux notice reports the warning but no further concrete consequence.
