Kernel out-of-bounds access via premature forced completion

Out-of-bounds access in the Linux mlx5 command path allows local users to compromise the kernel through a timed-out command. Forced-completion handling can run before a command entry receives an index, then use the negative error value -22 as an array index. Low-privileged local access and an enabled mlx5 path are required; the resulting kernel access can expose or alter data or interrupt the system.
