Kernel memory corruption via unchecked completion-queue index

Out-of-bounds access in Linux 6.8.2 through 6.8.11 and 6.9 through 6.9.2 allows local users to corrupt kernel memory. mana_ib_install_cq_cb uses cq->queue.id to index gc->cq_table without first checking it against gc->max_num_cqs, enabling out-of-bounds reads and writes. Reachability requires local access to an RDMA uverbs device and privileges for a raw-packet queue pair; exploitation can disclose kernel data, escalate privileges, or crash the host.
