Service crash via failed HTTP range allocation

NULL pointer dereference in Suricata 7.0.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the engine through inspected HTTP range traffic. When http.memcap exhaustion makes HttpRangeOpenFileAux return NULL, HttpRangeOpenFile passes that pointer to HttpRangeAppendData, which dereferences its toskip member. An unauthenticated sender whose HTTP response crosses the monitored path can stop the IDS, IPS, or monitoring engine; no data disclosure or modification is reported.
